The Finnish team is the first one to be invited to the event which will take place in Canada early next month.
Following news that the tournament will not feature qualifiers, the first invited team for the $100,000 DreamHack Open Montreal has been announced: ENCE.
Aleksi "allu" Jalli and co. were impressive in July, showing up strong in the ESL One Cologne group stage, and were close to grabbing a top two spot at the Minor and advancing further, but ultimately finished behind OpTic and Ninjas in Pyjamas.
DreamHack Open Montreal overlaps with the first stage of the FACEIT London Major, so only squads that didn't make it to the event in the UK will be competing in Canada. Aside from ENCE, that would make the likes of NRG and Imperial prime candidates to be invited based on their current world ranking.
